Mr Lamptey is a an experienced freelance business advisor and trainer who has 15+ years working at
the National Board for Small Scale Industries(Ghana) where he worked in various areas and around the country. He was director of the NBSSI for 8 years before his retirement in 2011. He has since been providing various business services as a resource person for organisations such as UNDP/ILO and EMPRETEC Ghana. Since 2014, he has been overseeing entrepreneurship development Centres in Ethiopia and the Gambia as an associate business consultant with EMPRETEC
Yaa S. Fumanti, I am the founder of Ghana Soap School. I have an extensive knowledge in setting up businesses in the UK and Ghana, importing and exporting between the 2 countries, sourcing equipment & ingredients, cosmetics legislation and marketing creative businesses. I  have a wide knowledge on indigenous resources having travelled by land several times to make acquaintances to explore areas of business opportunities around the country for my own business interest and to help others. I have a background of academic and technical training in both cosmetic sciences & marketing having completed marketing trainings by Chalene Johnson, Amy Porterfield, Brian Dean and Social Media Examiners mcssl. Mr K.O Adjei-Bohyen(my dad) is a Strathclyde university trained chemical engineer who is currently a commercial agriculturist(cocoa farming) and freelance business consultant. His expertise is a technical background in brewery and soap manufacturing machinery design and construction. He has many years production experience and acting as a business consultant working with both local and international private individuals with business interest in Ghana.

New To Ghana Entrepreneur Mentorship – This service can be provided in Ghana or virtually. You would be issued one of our business advisors who would review your business plan and advice accordingly with a set of plans to achieve your aim. See the breakdown of this service for the full itinerary.
Ghana Entrepreneurship Training– Delivered in person mentoring with business consult to review your business idea, evaluate, diagnose and resolve issues. This service is a day training that would result in you creating a business plan with forecast for your business if you do not already have one. If you have one, it would be reviewed and guidance given. At the end of your training, tasks would be set for you to complete according to the issues that comes up that needs resolving in the diagnosis.
Take Your Business Online – Mentorship process outlining how to set up online business presence for your product range covering selling on Amazon, eBay, Own website, using external fulfilment, scaling and contract manufacturing etc. This service is for existing brands that are looking to expand online to reach international markets only. IF your brand is not established, use the Own brand business service to develop specific areas of your business first.
Own Brand Business Services – This service can be used by businesses that produce soap, fashion or any other small own brand who are looking to strengthen their business.  It is a consultancy service where I assist you in a specific area. You could be producing your own products or acting as a middle person who buys in bulk from a local producer.
